Livelink inSight is a new custom dashboard layer of the Livelink platform. Officially launched in August after beta testing earlier in 2025, inSight is a new way to see, control, and understand every moving part of an IP broadcast operation. It turns complex data and live signals into clear, actionable views that reflect how real teams actually work.
Built for automation, cloud, and IP broadcast environments, inSight gives users total flexibility to design their own visibility layer. Every element of Livelink, from ingest sources, destinations, and transcoders, plus multiviewers, metrics and logs, all becomes a drag-and-drop widget on a blank canvas. Operations teams can build dashboards for real-time monitoring or MCR overviews, while managers, partners and other stakeholders can view dashboards in a secure, read-only browser form.
What makes inSight stand out is how it removes the need for custom development. Teams can shape what they see and how they see it without waiting on new code or feature requests. Dashboards update in real time from the same live data used by Livelink’s orchestration and automation layers, keeping every department aligned, from engineering to operations to executive level.
Already deployed by customers across multiple workflows, inSight dashboards have accelerated efficiency gains in MCR settings by consolidating live video stats, schedules, and performance indicators onto a single screen.
